As a general guideline, date and time, contact person,  website, email and phone number, etc., All posting information is responsability of the venue, person or organization submitting such information and the SAAD Website user is responsible to confirm the veractity of the posting. All articles submitted to the SAAD are subject to editing by the editor(s). In general, editing is light and limited to style, spelling, and grammar (when necessary), scannability for online reading, or flow of the text.

Images may be be edited for size, clarity, or quality. Graphics that are not already in GIF, JPG, or PNG format will be converted to one of those formats as appropriate for inclusion in the DE Oracle. This can sometimes lead to compromises in image quality or color richness.

Photographs and illustrations are encouraged. High-resolution electronic files are preferred.
Articles must submitted via email should be single-spaced and include the title in the subject line.
Letters to the editor are encouraged and will be published as space permits. Though letters may take issue with anything published in the SAAD Website, all letters must be respectful in tone and avoid confrontational or inflammatory language.
Products, services, and events published in the SAAD Website do not constitute SAAD endorsement or approval and authors must not communicate an endorsement or approval.
